Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to drink. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, great for lazy weekends.
